Definition
Save Rate measures how often a post is saved (bookmarked) by users relative to reach. Saves signal to algorithms that content is particularly valuable and have a disproportionate influence on organic reach on Instagram. A high save rate indicates evergreen content.
Optimization Tips
Create "save-worthy" content: checklists, guides, infographics, summaries. Include a CTA to save. Create carousel posts with value on each slide. Focus on content users want to return to.
