SR – Spam Rate
Definition
Spam Rate indicates what percentage of recipients report an email as spam. Google has required since February 2024 that spam rate stays below 0.3%, but recommends below 0.1%. Exceeding this can cause all emails from a sender to be routed to spam folders.
Optimierungstipps
Only send to recipients with explicit opt-in. Make the unsubscribe link clearly visible (better an unsubscribe than a spam report). Send relevant, expected content. Use List-Unsubscribe headers. Monitor your spam rate in Google Postmaster Tools.
